Exhibition and event branding that is ready on the day

Rocket Advertising designs your stand, banners and display graphics and coordinates production so everything arrives complete and on time.

Branding Logo Design

What Rocket provides

Exhibitions and events leave little room for mistakes. Graphics must be correct, durable and ready before set-up. We design the visuals and manage the production and logistics through partners.

From a simple pull-up banner to a custom stand, the same planning approach applies.

  • Stand and display design
  • Artwork for banners, backdrops and counters
  • Specification of structures and materials
  • Coordination of production and delivery

What Rocket designs and manages

  • Stand layout, visuals and messaging
  • Supplier-ready artwork and checks
  • Timeline and logistics planning
  • Event-day coordination

What our production partners produce

  • Printing of banners, fabric and panels
  • Frame, structure and counter fabrication
  • Delivery, installation and dismantling
  • Storage of reusable components

We stay in the middle as your single point of contact: we brief partners, check proofs and coordinate delivery, but the physical production is carried out by specialist production partners.

Who it's for

Companies attending trade shows, conferences, expos, launches and community events.

  • Exhibitors at trade shows
  • Corporate event organisers
  • Retail pop-up stores
  • Schools and non-profits hosting events

It also helps if you attend several events a year. Reusable, modular graphics that can be reconfigured for different stand sizes spread the investment across more appearances.

Problems it solves

Common problems:

  • Stands that look cluttered
  • Graphics sized incorrectly for the structure
  • Late delivery to venue
  • Poor visibility from the aisle
  • Reusable items that damage easily

Another common problem is the stand that tries to show everything. Visitors walk past quickly, so one headline, one visual focal point and a clear way to start a conversation work better than a crowded wall of text.

What's included

Included:

  • Stand layout and graphics design
  • Print-ready artwork to supplier specifications
  • Production by partners
  • Delivery or collection coordination
  • Reuse and storage advice

Options

Options:

  • Pull-up banners: portable and economical, usually about 850 x 2000 mm
  • Backdrops and pop-up walls: fabric or panel systems
  • Counters and displays
  • Custom stands built for repeated use
  • Flags, gazebos and table covers for outdoor events

Specification guidance

Stand design should put your name and main offer at eye level and viewable from the aisle. Use a few short messages rather than many paragraphs. Fabric systems fold compactly and travel well, rigid panels are sturdy but heavier. Check venue rules for height limits, flooring, power and flame-retardant materials before design is locked.

What you'll need to supply

Supply:

  • Event name, dates and venue rules
  • Stand size and position
  • Logo and key messages
  • Products you plan to display
  • Set-up and breakdown times

Share the organiser's exhibitor manual if you have it. It lists size limits, deadlines and rules that shape the design.

How the process works

Process:

  1. Brief and venue rules
  2. Design and visualisation
  3. Approval and ordering
  4. Production
  5. Delivery
  6. Event-day checklist and after-event storage

Pack a simple kit for the day: spare banners, cable ties, double-sided tape, a printed layout plan and contact numbers. We include such a checklist in the project notes.

What affects cost and timing

Stand size, structure type, number of graphics, printing method, delivery and installation needs all influence price. Lead time depends on production complexity and the event date. Custom structures need the longest planning window.

Deadlines are fixed by the event, so we work backwards: artwork approval, production, transport and set-up. A late file or late stand-size confirmation is the commonest cause of problems.

Reusable structures cost more upfront but can serve many events. If you attend once, rental or lower-cost fabric displays may be better value; we compare both routes in the quote.

Can you supply stands for hire?

Hire options depend on partner availability and are quoted per event.

Will graphics be reusable?

Many are, with the right fabric and system. We advise on reuse.

Installation can be arranged by partners where required.
