Website revamp cost estimator
Estimates use our current approved prices in ZAR, excluding VAT. Final scope and price are confirmed in a written quote. Third-party fees and media spend are excluded.
What the estimator considers
- The number of pages to rebuild or rewrite.
- Whether you sell online.
- Content you will supply, versus content we must write.
- Extras such as booking, integrations or redirects.
Revamps differ because every existing site is different. A tidy ten-page brochure site on a current platform is a very different job from a large, outdated site with years of content that needs sorting. The estimator asks about size, content and features so the figure reflects your situation rather than an average.
How the estimate is calculated
Where an approved price exists in our price book, such as our Start-Up, SMME and Business website packages, the estimate uses it. Where work is quote-based, the tool shows a range or tells you that a written quote is needed. Nothing is random, and the estimate does not change between visits unless you change your answers.
The result can be sent to us with your answers so that a written quote starts from the same assumptions. Prices are in South African Rand on both our sites, and payments are made online through PayFast.
Limits
- It is an estimate, not a quotation. A firm price follows once we see your current site.
- It cannot judge the condition of your current platform, content quality or technical debt.
- Hosting, domain, third-party licences and ad spend are separate.
If your answers fall between price-book options, we may show the nearest package and flag that scope should be confirmed. We would rather tell you a quote is needed than show a figure we cannot stand behind.
What to do with the result
- Compare the figure with your budget and priorities.
- Decide which pages matter most, because a smaller, better site often beats a large, thin one.
- Request a written quote or book a consultation.

Before requesting a quote, list the pages that produce enquiries today, the pages nobody visits and anything missing that customers keep asking about. That list shapes the scope more than any estimator can.
Frequently asked questions
Is the estimate binding?
No. It is a guide. A written quote confirms the scope and price.
Why might a revamp cost more than a new site?
Existing content, redirects, data migration and integrations can add work. A new build is sometimes simpler.
Do I pay in rand?
Yes. Payments are made securely online via PayFast in South African Rand, on both our sites.
Will a revamp improve my rankings?
It can remove technical and content obstacles, but we do not promise rankings or traffic.
